Extraordinary Item Description and the "Special" Property #481

Some items have the Special property while most others do not. (This is just a minor consistency edit)

The items listed below have Special listed in Properties:

Maul of Dominance
Plasmablade

Most other items with the Special property do not list it in the Properties text. Probably because it's implied in the Special description block that follows. Aegis of Warding
