Book metrics / format metrics data issue #19

When looking at book metrics, when comparing the book metrics with the sum of the format metrics for a title, these do not add up. Mauro suggested that this is due to the format metrics not taking individual chapter downloads into account.

Hey @SiobhanMcG this is because the Metrics page has date limits and the dashboard does not. Setting the start_date to 2016 for example makes those metrics match up.
