Preprints: New custom field input type: Hyperlink #3414

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a preprints administrator, I want to be able to collect and store certain URL metadata related to a preprint via custom fields, and for those URLs to display as hyperlinks on item pages.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a new custom field item type: Hyperlink

Input should be validated

When selected, the data in the field will automatically be displayed as a hyperlinked URL.

Lagniappe: Toggle option to set hyperlink to open in a new tab.
