OLH theme sidebar broken on small and medium screens #3522

Describe the bug The OLH theme uses absolute CSS positioning for the article sidebar, and it is broken on small and medium screens because it uses the entire page height for the top offset.

To Reproduce

  1. Set a narrow viewport
  2. Navigate to https://ijwwe.uwp.co.uk/article/id/380/
  3. Scroll down to the aside element with class="sticky is-anchored etc"
