headings are not structured [articles] #3921

Headings are being used to style text which isn't structurally a heading.

For example, the use of a heading to put in a the author byline https://www.iastatedigitalpress.com/plugins/books/category/agriculture-life-sciences-and-veterinary-medicine/

article title in an h2 author in a h6

scope - this is about this particular fix, having done so open a general issue to fix similar with knowledge gained.
