Docs are still not building #4487

Describe the bug The site at janeway.readthedocs.io has problems still, despite upgrading Sphinx in https://github.com/openlibhums/janeway/pull/4401

Andy thinks we may need to implement some of these fixes on the v1.5.2 tag, so that the builder can get past that version and build newer versions.

Janeway version 1.5.2 and 1.7.2

Andy resolved this by adjusting the tags on readthedocs.
