Pending Publication Xref #539

Crossref now allow registering a DOI at acceptance. We should update our hacky implementation with the official version.

Register the work (after acceptance) with Crossref using the Pending Publication schema. DOI resolves to a Crossref landing page.

Publish the work
Update the metadata record with same DOI using the standard schema for the work. DOI resolves to publisher content. Voila!
