Am I A Robot Function Rarely Gets Invoked Properly #586

Closed ccaadeh closed 6 years ago

Probably trivial - but if it doesn't work properly why have it? The 'Am I Robot' Function rarely i.e. maybe 1 in 5 attempts at best, get invoked properly be it at the registration step or at other times it gets called. The choice you are meant to make between pictures displaying a certain type of image does not appear and defaults to the tick box without the 'authentication' function occurring.

This is its expected behavior. Google says it uses other ways to test the user is not a robot.

Although just to note that when Helen signed up for her account, it was PAINFUL. Had about 20 different sets of images asking her to identify sidewalks, traffic lights etc. It took over 10 minutes to complete...

I had the same when registering for discord yesterday, about 12 sets of images. I think google is trying to ramp up their progress on their ML algorithm for self-driven cars (most of the images where traffic related...)

OK Andy, I will close that one (assuming I can).
