Update README? #1

Hello,

Although most of the instructions for installing a Vagrant-based instance of ReShare remain valid, problems begin (at least for me) at the point where I need to pull the module descriptors. I also got an error attempting to install the yarn packages (a "Not found" error).

@ihardy, looks like this is your document, but 17 months of developments since the last update seem to have left it a bit behind the curve. Are you able to update it?
