add runtime messages #5

add translations for the various runtime messages

I wanted to be sure not to mess up anything. I took care that the strings don't contain colons. If there are no hidden problems, this file should be ready to merge.

Thanks for adding these. I'll merge it. It won't have any effect at the moment, though, because the translation script only finds labels in the GUI files. But it's good to have the translations available until the translation is also able to handle them.
