Added in this branch:

Translated messages and labels can be read from language files (*.ini)
Language files are treated similar to Templates:
- OLy config folder now contains "Language" subfolder, just like the "Templates" subfolder
- "Restore" button in Config dialog
Some more space in Editor dialog and Config dialog
Some new error handlers to avoid runtime errors

It's time to merge that language thing to the master branch. :-) Here we go...
