Updated to new release tag centos-hpc-20210802 #114

There is an outstanding issue with the centos-hpc-20210802 release where it overwrites RPM files with files from a source build: https://github.com/Azure/azhpc-images/pull/90 (the conversation is continuing via email after that PR was merged).

I cannot merge this PR until that issue is addressed.

This PR is no longer needed now that https://github.com/openlogic/AzureBuildCentOS/pull/118 has been merged.
