Domoticz PluginSystem does not start #10

To install the recent version i used the script wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openlumi/openlumi.github.io/master/files/domoticz.sh -O - | sh

PluginSystem does not start. There is no mention of it in the log file. Event System is not disabled
