Fix icons for Goods Distributor, Planet Cracker, Mysterious Find #106

they needed to be re-saved using B8G8R8A8 (Linear, A8R8G8B8) for some reason.

Following instructions here worked https://www.reddit.com/r/StellarisMods/comments/gvehn0/dds_file_export_for_civic_icon_creation/
