• Chinese localisation, with many thanks to the Dove Localization group
• Re-add the "upgrade to dismantle" option, because if dismantling multiple Orbital Crackers via new dismantle button, the game cannot target the planet after the dismantling, which makes it difficult to remove the flags and deposits from the correct planet

I had to fix a bug last night, and to help players with the bug, I added this phrase:

(Modder's note: If you are dismantling more than 1 Orbital Cracker in the system, use the upgrade option here to dismantle them.)

My method of update is to create a patch branch and then merge it to the main branch.
