FreeBSD version in wiki does not make sens #343

Hi,

Wiki page at https://github.com/openmainframeproject/cobol-check/wiki/Certified-User-Platforms lists "FreeBSD Unix" version 33. Such a thing does not exist. See www.freebsd.org for version numbers (hint: the latest and very unstable is 15).
