Add support ubuntu23.04 to SDT #114

hey @pratham1729 thanks a lot for your effort on this...it seems ubuntu has their own package search tool and scrapping off the dataset from the tool seems a bit counter-intuitive to me. I might need to have some discussion with other devs for this issue..I am closing this PR for the time being

@arshPratap Okay yeah that makes sense, it was bugging me too as per why Ubuntu was in the issue, as i wasn't able to proceed straight so i had to scrape some data in a not-so-good manner, i even asked on slack regarding the same
