Updated Installation Docs for Ubuntu 22.04 #137

I've tested and been able to run the Project on Ubuntu 22.04. And based on the recent PR by @arshPratap. I've made some changes in the Installation docs to Indicate that Project is successfully supported on Ubuntu 22.04.

@arshPratap, @pleia2 Please take a look.

Thanks for reviewing this. Sure I'll List all the versions that are supported at the top and remove it wherever they're repeated in the document. And will remove the versions of Ubuntu(18.04, 19,04) that are Expired and check for the others too.
