Updated Submodule to the latest data files #150

@arshPratap and @pleia2 I've updated the submodule to the latest commit. As it should be tracking the new commit but till now it was tracking some old commit.

Doing it every-time manually is quite cumbersome. Therefore, we might want to automate this so that it track the new commit.

Yes, we should definitely work on this @pleia2. As this is something that's going to be change regularly with time. As packages are changing regularly.
