Make final selection of ambassadors

Pushed out to 2/23 meeting waiting for @caffreyj @1000TurquoisePogs @jbostian @gfix Phil Tully to provide rankings

Sure, I could probably provide a ranking, however, I suspect @gfrix might be better suited 🤷

Final voting. TAC elected to pick the top 10 based on individual TAC members ranking from 1-5. Those with an 'X' in Accepted are elected new Ambassadors
