Besides copyright injection, I see lots of other differences due to formatting change. I tried to look closely at those changes. Did not notice any logic change. I don't know if these differences are flagged as a result of removing EOL character that may be there in previous version.
Yeah, the files I changed should also have been stripped of any trailing whitespace characters. No logical changes should have been made.
