As a developer, I need to review all the major friction events of a task with my team, without all the noise and detail of file activity. With a tree structure, I can see which friction is part goes which part of the task.
Acceptance Criteria:
Subtasks are structured as groups with nested friction.
Timeband groups are structured as groups with nested friction.
All start/end comments for bands are visible in the tree.
Duration for bands and band groups are summarized and easily to discern what numbers go with what.
