@pshriwise I was thinking it would be good to get one more Pyside2-based release out. We can follow up with a 0.3.3 (or 0.4?) release based on PySide6 shortly afterward.

This PR updates the version number to 0.3.2 so we can put out a release. Our last release was back at the end of March and there's been some important improvements since then.
