Model info on site/ml/predict page #6

When model is selected on site/ml/predict, information about that model needs to be shown.

Example:

Name: Model name
Description: Model description
Train dataset info: 
  -Dataset link (preview on hover would be a nice touch)
  -Train filed (knowing a field type would be nice)

Maybe just use the dataset info page and integrate here it as the first step.
