Another note is that there seems to be some work ahead to migrate some github service:

Compare: 3a77237...a637383 NOTE: This service been marked for deprecation: https://developer.github.com/changes/2018-04-25-github-services-deprecation/

Functionality will be removed from GitHub.com on January 31st, 2019.

Which service? email notification?

The message comes with merge email notifications.... I have no clue where it is configured and who installed it... I just seeing the warning from github....
