Do not know where to get the hashed password #5

I am trying the docker image and following the documentation for building

https://github.com/openmeetings/openmeetings-docker/tree/4.0.1 Where does the "HASHED_PWD" come from?

This HASHED_PWD for bintray you can skip deploy to bintray and just run vm
