Hello Maxim,

here are some suggestions again for the install.xml (remove of the ENUM attributes), the travis-ci intergration (PHP7 & Moodle 3.1 checks) and changes in the CHANGELOG.md

Unfortunately I'm unable to merge this PR :( I get message from github "This branch has conflicts that must be resolved"
