Did you even check the URL? If you did, you would know that it was relevant.
http://openmessaging.cloud/ is the project's website as you confirmed in https://github.com/openmessaging/specification/issues/5 when I pointed out that the project is not using HTTPS in 2018.

The account does not exist. Thus part of your website is wrong, thus this is very relevant to OpenMessaging.
There isn't a newsletter to subscribe to on your website for news, thus I wanted to follow the project on Twitter— and could not. And no, a mailing list is not a newsletter.
Don't be so quick to dismiss input from contributors, otherwise you'll scare them off ever wanting to have anything to do with the project by rudely dismissing their issues and queries.
