Update the test domain to cover the CapCoal facility near Rockhampton. When using the files in a later process I noticed that they were covering a location south of Tas due to how we were using i_parent_start and j_parent_start.
Also begin checking in the generated domain file to ensure that we all have the same. You will need to remove any previous data/runs directories that will trigger redownloading the reanalysis data (metem).
