My Comparisons for mHealth Summit attendees #14

For the showcase attendees, we would like to make a version of My Comparisons and ohmage available. The ohmage surveys will be food, mood (PAM), and sleep, and then My Comparisons will have to be modified to only show data from these surveys. Perhaps we could just clone this repo?

A campaign needs to be created for sleep, we could probably use the same campaigns for food and mood (PAM) as we do for the deployment.
