Features export from reference database #34

Hi, I've integrated the Open.Michigan module into our site and it seems to be working well so far. The attached change corrects the only glaring issue, it was a straightforward Features export of content type definitions, mostly, and I included it as a submodule. Thanks for the awesome project! -Adam Wight
