Some resources that are tagged with keywords don't show up when I filter by those keywords.
For example, http://open.umich.edu/education/med/oernetwork/med/family/clinical-skills-exam/2011 has a tag "multilingual" but it doesn't show up on the search results page at http://open.umich.edu/category/keywords/multilingual.
