The system resources page will show consumed resources. The page will have multiple tasks to accomplish:

[ ] Charts zooming
[x] Side panel details
[x] Side panel task_threads

[x] Route timestamp and resource with dual binding graph mapping
[x] Navigation to other parts in the app
[x] Responsiveness
[ ] Side panel toggling
