[UI/UX] As a developer, I want to explore Ledger, so I can optimize the performance

Why? We need to present ledger data in consumer friendly way - browser UI

What?

• Key information as columns in the table
  • Revision ID, Public Key, Balance, Nonce, Token ID
  • Rest of account properties are presented as JSON in the sidebar

What I can do I could not before? I can see current ledger revision, I can look for any past revision and I look for a specific account

Limitations?

• focus only on main branch, buttons allow to traverse only the main branch - previous/next
• Its not trivial to vizualise ledger revisions across all possible forks and different block candidates, we might address that in the future
