[x] Create a graph representation of the new_state message distribution
[x] Test that there is only one source of origin for each block
[x] Test that the graph is connected
[ ] Move the tests to the aggregator app
[ ] Create an RPC endpoint for getting the graph representation for FE (discussion needed)
