A hover window that runs offscreen requires you to scroll without leaving the window, which isn't always possible. That's a problem.
We need to make sure that when a hover window opens, it's always entirely on screen.
Jumping the scroll creates a nauseating flicker if the number of results doesn't run off the screen initially, so that's a no go.
