votes for extracts (+ points = votes) #41

It would be great if you can vote for extracts.

Implementation as a 3rd option for "sort by".

"points" may be termed "votes" for extracts and comments.

Mouse over symbol expands the meta-info box. You can vote by clicking the symbol, either on the extract or in the meta-info box. Once you clicked the symbol there could be an outer ring (or line) around the symbol in a darker color to show that you voted the extract.
