check for already existing extracts in extract creation page #45

Extract creation page: It would be very helpful if existing extracts would be proposed based on the pubmed link to avoid unintentional creation of identical extracts (= algorithm to display all extracts based on the pubmed link in a list: "following extracts have already been created based on this article").

This is a good idea.

The UI is getting pretty complicated with "similar extracts based on text", "Extracts from the same article", and "search for related extracts".

I'd like to merge all of these extract lists somehow, but I need to think about how. The first version will probably be ugly, but we need to get something out.
