Cannot identify what a component is training #11

I think we should have a flag for "training", e.g. such that one can identify a named entity trainer component as: http://w3id.org/meta-share/omtd-share/NamedEntitityRecognizer + trainer=true.

I would prefer adding a separate value for this - and allow for multiple functions. Multiplicity has also been raised by one of the open callers. I'll keep for the next version. For the time being, what you can do is use the value "http://w3id.org/meta-share/omtd-share/TrainerOfMachineLearningModels" and use the value "http://w3id.org/meta-share/omtd-share/NamedEntity" for the annotation type. Does it help?

I am using only http://w3id.org/meta-share/omtd-share/TrainerOfMachineLearningModels - not making use of the controlled vocabulary for annotation types right now.
