This is a first setup for converting the old markdown-only documentation to mkdocs-material pages, and integrate them better with the main site. It's work in progress, and mostly just adapted versions of the existed markdown (which was already more work than I had expected). Most urgent things left to do (no particular order):
[ ] Update the extending/frameworks.md page to make use of mkdocs-material features like tabbed content.
[ ] Add a contributor guide
[ ] Update the static site pages, and add generator for frameworks.html (or move it to be generated as well)
