The frameworks page needs to be updated with newly integrated frameworks, and possibly new paper releases. However, it also is "hard" to edit the page as it is just html, I propose to write a script which generates the framework cards and embeds it into the html.
[ ] build a simple script that generates the html from some configuration file
[ ] update existing descriptions if necessary, add descriptions for new frameworks
[ ] update the github workflow that builds the documentation to generate the page from the script
