This was created by Jann, but I don't see the difference with version 1? https://www.openml.org/d/40975

I think Jann converted the nominal features to ordinal features in R and uploaded the data again. But since ARFF does not allow ordinal attributes, nothing changed. Version 1 and version 3 should therefore be the same I guess.
