Dataset Ipums - 378 #24

Tagged as 'unspecified_target', this is not the case.

However, it seems to be a subsample of a bigger dataset.

For now I changed the tag

They are indeed the 'small' version. It looks like we don't have the large versions on OpenML. According to UCI there is no associated task or target feature, it's not clear why 'moved in' would be the target, hence it was labeled 'unspecified_target'
