Refactoring R plots using the CC18 data #39

As asked by Joaquin, I did some changes to the analysis code. Plots were generated with CC18 data, and some new charts were includes. Please, feel free to suggest any changes.

I am not qualified to review R code, but do have some experimental runs from the Weka setup running.
