Column not marked as a row identifier #27

For https://www.openml.org/d/46, it says Instance_name is an identifier and should be ignored for modelling", why is then instance_name not marked as "row identifier"?

it's not 100% unique, right? It has a few recurring names. It looks best to keep this as an ignored column?

Hm, is then dataset valid at all?
