Formally deprecate this package? #454

If https://github.com/mlr-org/mlr3oml is the intended successor to this package, then maybe the README should reflect this, and the OpenML website should also reflect that?

Not sure, I think that these two packages are still different (like mlr and mlr3 are different packages).

mlr3oml: works with mlr3, nothing is uploaded to OpenML only things can be downloaded
openml-r: works with mlr, allows uploading runs and information to OpenML

However, since mlr is deprecated, I've added a section in the README

Ok, had a mild misunderstanding I think and understood Bernd to mean that mlr3oml was more or less the successor, and since this package for example still refers to mlr rather than mlr3 in docs it was unclear to me how the older and newer packages relate.
