I want to have a conventional and hybrid electric powertrain model

In order to analyse the requirement of conventional and hybrid electric powertrain in real traffic conditions

Acceptance criteria

a general conventional and HEV powertrain model.
a forwards simulation, i.e. The ICE characteristic influences the vehicle movements and acceleration. e.g. the response time of powertrain is about 0.6s; Drive off for leading vehicles is not realistic because there is no powertrain limits in code.

This sounds rather submicroscopic to me. I would things like that consider external to the sumo core (which does not mean we cannot integrate it as a device or something but it is not sumo core functionality), see also #6

I know it's submicroscopic. But if we want to build up realistic driving profiles, the influence of powertrain could not be neglected. And if we don't put it in sumo code, the calculation time may be longer. The realization could be easily with some equations.
