Gather feedback to see how we can move Geography Driven Events out of beta.

Collect enough feedback, real-world usage, and requested updates/improvements to move this feature out of beta in a future release

Leave as a beta feature for longer until we have feedback.

All beta features once part of an official release receive an Issue like this to gather feedback.

How is everyone doing with implementing GDEs? Has it been working well, any changes recommended, how is adoption going with cities? Pinging @quicklywilliam for some feedback as the idea originator.

Is anyone using Geography Driven Events? Maybe Ride Report folks at INRIX now: @mschwartzie

If not we may look at removing this for 2.1
