Subject index vs keywords for ideal standards

The idea is to borrow tried and true methods from library science. A subject index can be useful for increasing findability since like models would be indexed "next" to each other in the repo. Keyword search is more like a "shotgun" approach, but almost always misses related items that happen not to use the same exact keyword(s).
