Stabilize a core for a first version #12

We should rapidly do a release with core primitive, in particular for the OpenMOLE integration - basically a proof of concept and basic stuff as we already have should be fine

17f87697bfb does the minimal - we do not have real data perturbation primitives but let keep that for later as we do not have use cases of these now - in that sense the features implemented have real life uses and potentially market entries - see market issue
